By making the purchase from photoLUT, you agree to be bound by the terms listed below. 

COPYRIGHT

All photoLUT digital PRODUCTS (actions, presets, profiles etc.) are not to be redistributed or resold in any form. Those who violate this licensing agreement will be prosecuted.

LICENSE

You acknowledge that by your purchase, the ownership of PRODUCTS are not transferred to you.  Your license is non-transferable, which means that you are not allowed to sell, distribute, rent, give, sub-license, or otherwise transfer PRODUCTS or the right to use PRODUCTS to anyone else.

PRODUCTS may be installed only on computers directly owned by the purchaser of PRODUCTS.
Under no circumstance PRODUCTS should be posted or uploaded online.
Layered files using photoLUT actions may not be distributed (color lookup layers must be flattened).

You may not modify or superficially alter PRODUCTS and resell them as your own.
photoLUT is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss/damage from the use of PRODUCTS in whatever form.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY TERMS

Purchases are available to registered users only. This is necessary to ensure the access to your purchased downloads at any moment.
Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided in your registration form.
Our digital products will be available to download immediately after payment procedure is completed (please check your email and MY ACCOUNT/DOWNLOADS on our page).
Your purchased products will be available to download as long as your account is valid.
Our products are delivered only in form of digital download via our website.

 
IMPORTANT!
All digital sales are final. We generally offer no refunds or returns (as there is no way digital download can be returned to the seller).
Please read the information about the product carefully before buying.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product may be considered only at our sole discretion.
Refund requests, if any, must be made within five (5) business days of your original purchase.
While we allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the downloads.
Please note, that your account is only for your personal use. By no means you can grant access to your account to any third parties. If you breach this requirement, your account can be suspended or terminated.
